Our Mission

The mission of the Lärljus Foundation is to combat illiteracy and promote education for all, especially women, children and people with disabilities in East Africa. By offering public education in their mother tongue and using a unique, adapted learning method, we strive to give individuals the tools to improve their living conditions and actively participate in societal development.

Our mission is to create sustainable change through education, where everyone has equal access to knowledge and development. We work to strengthen local communities and reduce inequalities by ensuring that no one is left behind when it comes to education. By linking our work to the Global Goals for Sustainable Development, we strive to create long-term positive impact for the most vulnerable groups in society.
